  • survey participants are given a “reward code” either on a printed card or via email with a pre-determined value that can be redeemed for rewards on our website. They select the reward(s) of their choice from our customizable catalog and the item(s) are then shipped (or emailed in the case of an electronic gift certificate) directly to the survey participant.
  • What do I need to do once a reward code is given out?
  • Research Rewards takes care of everything once you give out a reward code. We collect the survey participant information, fulfill the reward redemption, and handle any customer service inquiries that a survey participant may have. We allow you to do what you do best!
  • Can I track specific campaigns?
  • Yes, you can request reward codes for a specific campaign so that reporting can filtered for that imitative.
  • Can I request reward codes in different values?
  • Yes, you can request reward codes of any value.
  • Can I get reporting on reward codes that have been redeemed?
  • Absolutely. Reporting is available for codes redeemed by campaign. You will have access to your specific survey participant’s information that has been entered. Research Rewards does nothing with the information it receives except use it to fulfill rewards.
